• The shipping to all countries outside Germany will be arranged after pre-payment via Visacard, Mastercard, American Express Card or Paypal
• Refunds will be sent automatically to your credit card or paypal account
• Your order will leave our stock not later then 3 days after you have transmitted your order
• If a product is not on stock at the time of your order, you will find this information along your order with the delivery date
